Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of innovative financial products for a rapidly expanding user base in the Asia‑Pacific region. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, compliance, and operations—to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver market‑leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for assigned product lines, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities and validate product concepts.

• Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize feature backlog based on impact, customer value, and resource constraints; work closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive user experiences and maintain product consistency across platforms.

• Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback; iterate quickly to improve adoption and satisfaction.

• Partner with compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements in Singapore and other jurisdictions.

• Lead go‑to‑market planning with marketing and sales, supporting launch activities, training, and post‑launch support.

• Represent the organization in external forums, industry conferences, and stakeholder meetings to promote the product and gather insights.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years and maximum 10 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or related digital‑asset domains.

• Demonstrated ability to launch successful products from concept to market.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data‑driven decisions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of influencing senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

• Self‑starter with a proactive, results‑oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required; additional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus.

Desired Experience & Skills

• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment, especially with Singapore Monetary Authority (MAS) guidelines.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

• Background in user‑centric design, UX research, or product discovery processes.

• Knowledge of blockchain technology, crypto‑exchange operations, and digital asset trading.

• Track record of managing cross‑border product teams or partnerships.
