Job Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design of new features for the exchange platform, wallet, and browser extension.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to translate user needs and business goals into intuitive, high‑fidelity designs.

• Produce wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual mock‑ups that communicate interaction concepts and maintain brand consistency.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and iterate quickly.

• Maintain and evolve a design system, ensuring accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and cross‑platform consistency.

• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design thinking across the organization.

• Stay up‑to‑date with crypto‑industry trends, regulatory considerations, and emerging UI/UX patterns.

Essential Qualifications

• 5 years of professional product design experience, preferably within fintech, crypto, or similar high‑growth tech sectors.

• Strong portfolio showcasing B2C product designs with clear problem statements, design processes, and measurable impact.

• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms (e.g., InVision, Axure).

• Deep understanding of interaction design, visual design, and information architecture.

• Proven ability to conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and data‑driven design iterations.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable presenting concepts to cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Strong grasp of accessibility standards and experience applying them in production‑ready designs.

• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying aligned with the broader team.

Desired Experience & Skills

• Experience designing for crypto wallets, exchanges, or related blockchain applications.

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in financial products.

• Knowledge of front‑end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate design hand‑off.

• Track record of shipping B2C products that scale to large user bases (1 M+ users).

• Comfort working in fast‑paced, agile environments with rapid iteration cycles.
