Head of Sales

Company Overview

We are building an ultra‑high‑performance, EVM‑compatible layer‑1 blockchain that enables parallel execution and innovative distributed consensus mechanisms. Our mission is to drive worldwide adoption of decentralized applications by scaling the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and delivering a next‑generation blockchain infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for the blockchain platform.

• Identify, engage, and close enterprise‑level partnerships with blockchain developers, dApp creators, and infrastructure providers.

• Lead, mentor, and expand a high‑performing sales team, setting clear targets and performance metrics.

• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align go‑to‑market initiatives with product roadmaps.

• Conduct market analysis to understand emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the blockchain ecosystem.

• Represent the organization at industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to raise brand visibility.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance insights to senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading sales functions in high‑growth technology or blockchain companies.

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, EVM‑compatible platforms, and decentralized applications.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to build and nurture long‑term client relationships.

• Strategic thinker with data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Desired Experience

• Up to 3 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles within the blockchain or fintech sector.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.

• Experience managing and scaling sales teams.

• Familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles and channel partnerships.
