We’re hiring a Global Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) for one of the most forward-thinking financial services companies operating at the convergence of traditional and digital finance. With a global footprint and ambitious growth roadmap, this business is looking for a leader who can elevate its compliance function into a world-class operation.

This is a rare chance to take the reins at group level — with full ownership over regulatory strategy, oversight, and risk across all jurisdictions.

🎯 What You’ll Own

• Global compliance strategy and execution across all operational entities

• US regulatory oversight — including strong familiarity with SEC, FinCEN, OFAC, and state-level regulators

• Oversight of licensing, AML/KYC programs, risk frameworks, and internal audit functions

• Ongoing engagement with external counsel, regulators, auditors, and banking/payment partners

• Leadership of a growing compliance and legal team across time zones

• Acting as a trusted advisor to the Board and C-Suite on all regulatory matters

🧠 Who You Are

• 15+ years of senior compliance leadership within regulated financial services with leading teams of over 100 people.

• Must-have: Deep, hands-on experience with US regulations (SEC, FinCEN, OCC, etc.)

• Experience in payments, banking, or fintech environments highly desirable

• Crypto experience is a bonus — not a requirement

• Proven ability to navigate cross-border regulation, with a global mindset and local expertise

• Strong executive presence, able to influence internally and externally at the highest levels
