Job Responsibilities
• Lead and grow the corporate sales organization, targeting high‑value enterprise clients in the derivatives market.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with corporate revenue goals and market expansion objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and close large‑scale sales opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives, key decision‑makers, and influential stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, risk, and legal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs while ensuring compliance.
• Mentor, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team, setting clear targets, tracking performance metrics, and fostering a results‑driven culture.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership on a regular basis.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Essential Qualifications
• Proven track record of closing multi‑million‑dollar deals in corporate sales, preferably within financial services or derivatives.
• Strong understanding of derivatives products, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop senior sales teams.
• Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
• High level of professionalism and integrity when dealing with high‑net‑worth clients.
Desired Experience
• Minimum 5 years, maximum 22 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing sales operations in a fast‑growing, technology‑driven environment is a plus.
• History of driving revenue growth in competitive markets.
